The Putaruru Motor Inn has 20 Units
- 14 Studio Units
- 4 Family Units
- 1 Double unit
- The studio units all have a double bed, and a single; some have 2 singles in them.
- All units have a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, TV with channels 1, 2, 3, Sky Sport 1&2, Sky Movies and Discovery.
- All except two units have cooking facilities.
- All units have a telephone, a shower unit, heaters, electric blankets, and one unit has wheelchair access as a feature.
- Other household necessities as an iron, hair dryer, porta-cot are available on request
- Guests’ laundry can be done by contacting the front desk personal.
- The access unit for wheelchairs is on the ground floor around the side of the complex. It contains a double in one bedroom, and a double bed in the other room. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible with seat and rails in the shower unit.
- The complex comprises 5 rooms on two levels at the western side and has 14 units on two levels on the southerly side facing the road. All these units have double glazed windows on the road side, and the bottom units have ranchsliders out to the back of the units.
- The two units on the western side on ground level have their own courtyard and are totally fenced off secure areas.
